Closure of schools during winter

We are constantly being told that we are heading into or already in the 3rd wave of Covid19 and so many school children has tested positive for Covid19.

How many more children, teachers and mostly the elderly are we to lose, before Department of Education realise the seriousness of the situation. Schools can be closed for the duration of winter, as we all know it will just get much worse. Our kids can then go to school during December. 

We as parents need to stand up for our children.
