Community support parole/clemency petition for Robert Orr

This petition is to let the Georgia department of corrections parole board know that Robert Orr will have the necessary support to ensure that his release will be met with all the support available job,housing, church family and community will provide him everything he needs to succeed as a returning citizen he has been in prison for 28years he has completed every mandate the parole board presented and he keeps getting denied parole. this petition is only to ask the Georgia parole board to exercise fairness across the board if a person has shown a continued presence of positive behavior and responsibilities he should be at least given an opportunity at a prerelease program such as a transitional center halfway house program as referred by the Georgia parole board. We ask everyone to sign this petition and share and have a friend to tell a friend to tell another friend we need 1000+ signatures by the end of February we can do this with gods blessing we will get my brother home thank you all for your love and support
