Delete Hoodclips on Instagram

There are certain Instagram pages that should be exterminated. These pages are terrible and must be stopped. One of the biggest examples of an account like this in the Instagram community is one particular Instagram page: hoodclips. This account is verified, which it shouldn't be, and is very cancerous to the rest of most of the Instagram community.
