For Opal Students to cancel their contract with MBITA BUS

We no longer want the mbita bus as Opal Students Primula House. Due the underlying reasons:
1. The bus is very dirty and unhygienic.
2. The driver is not punctual.
3. The driver does not follow the bus schedule.
4.The bus always has mechanical problems.
5. The driver's attitude is very bad towards students.
6. The driver runs personal errands with students in the bus.
