/ #162015-06-09 21:36Uber is not suppose to send Uber Select requests to Uber Black Drivers. first, it is a regulation issue, they do not have the right to do so because they are not license to dispatch a TNC trip to Uber Black because they are licensed under two different categories. The second reason, they are dispatching a low revenue trip to a high maintenance business which is the Uber Black that is performed by Limousine drivers who have away more expenses than the regular Uber. Uber will make money and the Black cars will go bankrupt. Uber is violating the 46 Chapter ordinance, and they do not care, and they are forcing the Uber Black drivers to take Uber Select, and if they refuse, they suspend their accounts. Uber is violation the law, and the city of Houston is not enforcing the law on Uber, they just enforce the law on the taxi, and limo business, and that is a discrimination. |
