Even the politicians who draft and pass gun control laws know this. The NJ gun control laws are designed to discourage law abiding citizens from getting guns and keep them helpless. They are not only ineffective laws for stopping criminals, they are also blatantly UNCONSTITUTIONAL. These laws don't stop criminals, they create helpless victims. They need to be repealed asap. |
