#8 Why I will not sign this charter?

With all the politically correct phraseology, abound in the Charter, I am concerned that it can and will be used to stifle and criminalize any criticism of and opposition to views and beliefs of a rapidly growing religious minority that breeds supremacist ideology, violent acts of terror in Europe, Russia and the US while engaging in fratricidal wars in the Middle East and North Africa. While I applaud the author's noble effort of bracing against the neo Nazis, I see their threat as a symptom of fear shared by many who do not and cannot share their views. The document offered does nothing to counter the real and dangerous source. I suggest that unless a serious and honest revisions are introduced it will not contribute to and may even detract from our shared vision of harmony and tolerance.

The Charter is originally a declarative (!!!) document. The concrete things are in the program of WWN. http://www.stopnazism.net/charter-and-program/
It is just the expression of position. Then how can this Charter be used against opposition around the world from the side of "growing religious minorities."? First, how can the NGO Charter to be used so? Secondly, what is meant by such minorities?
