Help stop 4 young children from being separated from their mother, who is the sole guardian.

A single mother is sentenced to 1.4 years in prison for aggravated fraud, in a case where the prosecutor did not do a proper job. The single mother was tricked into committing a crime by a man she was dating.

Now the four young children, ages 7, 5, 4 and 3, will be placed in a foster home as the mother has a small, limited network that cannot take care of the children.
Social services say that the children will not be placed together as no family will want to take in 4 children, who also have special needs.
One of the children has diagnoses of Autism and ADHD and requires extensive support and has several supportive interventions in her everyday life. The other 3 children are also under investigation for Neuropsychiatric disabilities.
If the mother ends up in prison, the children risk being very badly hurt, which is also claimed by a psychotherapist with long experience. A prison sentence for the mother would also mean that the children's interventions and investigations are interrupted as these can only continue if the children are in their home environment.

The Court of Appeal wants the Supreme Court to hear this case because it involves 4 small children who only have one guardian.
Now the last hope lies with the Supreme Court, that they will approve leave to appeal and then sentence the mother to a penalty other than imprisonment.
In the Convention on the Rights of the Child (which is Swedish law), Article 3 states that "the best interests of the child shall be taken into account in all decisions concerning children".
in the Swedish Criminal Code, Chapter 30, Section 4, it states that "When choosing a penalty, the court shall pay particular attention to circumstances that speak in favor of a lighter penalty than imprisonment."
The fact that the mother is the sole guardian and has not been convicted of a crime before and that there is no risk of recidivism should be such a circumstance that speaks in favor of a lighter penalty than imprisonment.

With this petition I therefore want to be able to influence the Supreme Court to make a decision that is in the best interests of the children.
do not separate 4 innocent little children from their only safety!
