Lapace Production Bonus for the Sasol Shutdown

  • We, the aggrieved Lapace (a member of the Primeserv Group) employees hereby lodge the petition against our employer.

The following are the employees demands:

1. R100. 00 Shutdown day-to-day timely attendance bonus as promised by Lapace Management 

2. UIF beneficial claims as per deductible amounts 

3. Provident Funds that were deducted

4. Interest accumulated over the past few months from Sasol September Shutdown.

5.SARS's IRP5 Certificates as per the Income Tax numbers that were submitted by the employees to Lapace Administrators. 

Applicants are not eligible for any legal fees or any additional charges incurred by the way of such legal recovery from their employer, Lapace.

All such outstanding benefits are legally drawing 100% interest rates and are to the employers account. 

Failure by the employer to provide the information about the financial schedule requires that the employees be obligated to undertake and forward their Salary information and relevant complaints to the CCMA or any Labour Court  legal Representative.
