Meritage Homes Needs to Fix Canoa Ranch Infrastructure

AT THE JAN. 13, 2015 MEETING, THE CONSENSUS WAS TO HOLD OFF ON THIS PETITION AND WRITE A LETTER TO THE MERITAGE CEO INSTEAD.

 

We, the Concerned Residents of Canoa Ranch (CRCR), need the developer, MERITAGE HOMES to (1.) fix our sinking road named Placita Canoa Azul in Canoa Vista, (2.) the spill-off erosion at the front gate of Canoa Sierra on Bassett Peak Drive, (3.) a drainage pipe in Canoa Terrace and (4.) model homes painted in Canoa Sunrise.

We have used Meritage's HOA (Canoa Ransch Master Association), the HOA Lifestyle Committee and Meritage's HOA management company, Cadden Management to make them aware of these dangerous and costly conditions.  Even though we have been very patient, no definitive action has taken place.

In addition, communication between the HOA Lifestyle Committee and the HOA Board of Directors (Meritage) has been extremely slow or non-existant.  Meritage Homes has no representation at our monthly HOA Lifestyle meetings.  Somone should be there to conduct business.  No one from Meritage Homes has attended the Annual HOA meeting for 2013 or 2014.  We want someone there to answer questions.

We, of CRCR demand that Meritage Homes and their HOA, Canoa Ranch Master Association fix our infrastructure isses, attend monthly HOA Lifestyle meetings and Annual HOA meetings.
