Open Private Swim Clubs

We are asking our members and friends to sign this petition to get small private swim clubs back open! We are a small private swim club in Bridgeton, NJ (south Jersey).

We have been working tirelessly to get our club open to our members. We run on member dues, swim lessons, parties and memberships.

We have had a member of the health department guide us on how we should set up our outdoor facility area ( tables and chairs), completed the mitigation strategies for COVID-19 safety, have hand santitizing stations, have cleaned and vaccuumed the pools, disinfected facility, and have signs to promote the importance of social distancing and to encourage it. We have signs made for families who would like others to respect the 6 feet. We have masks available for the employees. We have contactless signin, an infrared thermometer, and an entire separate checklist for cleaning procedures. Our staff has been notified of the updated cleaning procedures and shown how to use the different ways to clean and sanitize to keep our facility safe and clean for our patrons and employees.

PLEASE let us and other private swim clubs open. We have the necessary paperwork into the health department. We closely monitor the members coming in and the health and safety of employees and patrons. 

PRIVATE swim clubs are DIFFERENT than community pools. We know exact who is coming in through the facility, no visitors or guests. We will not be at full capacity- hence adhering to CDC guidelines and health department recommendations. 

PLEASE LET US OPEN!!!
