remove the restriction on eight participants for public gatherings in Sweden's parishes

We ask the Swedish government to remove the restriction on eight participants for public gatherings in Sweden's parishes as soon as possible. Freedom of religion is an important civil right and the restriction of eight participants violates this civil right. When gyms are open, restaurants are open, shopping centers are open but Sweden's parishes must be limited to eight participants, this is nothing but an injustice that needs to be rectified.

Sweden's congregations fulfill an important societal function for pastoral care, community and prayer for Sweden. This vital societal function is today unfairly and severely limited. We call on the Swedish government and institutions to stand up for justice and remove the restriction as soon as possible.
