Tan qi yang jaw to be remove

We would like to start a petition for tan qi yang Alvin jaw to be removed as it is really affecting his daily life due to the wrong alignment upon birth. 

We have yet to see any life form on earth with such a weird alignment and is bringing the TANs family troubles ever since tan qi yang Alvin were born.

due to the wrongly input of the jaw with weird alignment it affected tan qi yang Alvin brain since young, he did the most unexpected behavior like masturbating using real life rabbit as simulator. He also became really obsessed with weird behavior etc like bringing little kid to library to touch their mammaltaries gland which we called "breast" . 

Despite all the obsence action he did, he's still a human therefore we would like to start a petition for his jaw to be remove so that he could recover and act like a normal human being instead of masturbating and ejectulate in a cup to show his another male friend, which is really inappropriate .
