Telkom Service Delivery

Most Telkom customers in South Africa has at one stage or another been on the receiving end of very bad customer service. My latest problem has been ongoing for 9 months, with no resolution in site.

Working in a corporate environment, it is pretty standard, that the employees follow the example set forth by their management. Seeing that we, the paying customers, do not get the service we pay for, I'm starting this petition.

We, the paying customers of Telkom South Africa, hereby request the resignation of Mr Sipho Maseko, the CEO of Telkom South Africa. In a recent press statement, Mr Sipho Maseko stated that he will turn Telkom around and that customer satisfaction is of high importance. This has not been the case.

We also give a Vote of No Confidence against the Telkom Board of Directors. The Board of Directors are responsible to ensure that Telkom South Africa is managed correctly and in the best interest of the shareholders and customers. It is evident on the number of customer complaints on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and HelloPeter.com, that this is not the case.
