#12012-02-19 12:18Remember the fight for Iztuzu Beach, exactly the same circumstances but in 1984. It was won by dedicated conservationists such as Kaptan June Haimoff with her loyal supporters such as Nergis Yazgan (WWF), Professor David Bellamy and others making it an international story. We must all band together and do the same now. Cirali is one of my favourite beaches for it's natural beauty but more importantly the treasured nesting ground of the carretta carretta. Save these creatures and support the cause to stop the building on the beach. |

#22012-02-22 03:48I have traveled to this beach twice from the U.S. specifically because of it's pristine condition. Please do the right thing and preserve this beach for the turtles, the Turkish people, and the travelers who all appreciate its natural beauty. |
