I think it is shocking that a company can go to such lengths. No wonder this country is going downhill, it is due to idiot company decisions made without thinking about the people who are loyal to them

Racism cannot be condoned, in any way or form. That said, it is a great shame that she lost her job, but she has every right to appeal the company's decision. I will also not sign the petition as she needs to take responsibility for her actions.

She did apologize for using the K word in a moment of anger.She has been the victim of crime on more than one occassion.Held at gun point in her own home together with her child.Also the second time that she has been hit by a taxi driver!

Its not condoning the use of the word,but face it she has more than enough reason to be frustrated,and said that  her own facebook profile.The petition is not condoning the remarks,its saying that Ericcson acted to harshly to fire her for this!She is not racist and have black friends.  Look at the issue here they are giving in to the requests of blacks calling for her to be fired.How many back people made derogatory remarks on just her post alone?Are they all being fired?Our president sings kill the boer kill the farmer and he still in office.That is what the petition is about,double standards against whites.
