If he was influencing other judges to set free some of those who were indicted for war crimes then this is obstruction of justice - simple as that. I am not a lawyer, and I don't work in legal branch but as far as I know any obstruction of justice is punishable act. Therefore, he has to resign, or he has to be reliesed from this duty and then he is the one who shoud be punished. If he serves as a head of tribunal council, or whatever he is, in UN tribunal, and if he is responsible for obstruction of justice I don't belive that he has any immunity! He was doing exctly opposite from what he supposed to do.
