/ #560 New Era Document2010-10-07 23:47I am a college student taking my first steps into Deaf Culture and when I read about the 1880 Second International Congress of the Deaf I could hardly believe it. All I can say is that this petition is the right thing to do. I hope it can truly convey the need for world wide sign language as an educational method for the deaf. |
