По време на мандат 2007 -2011 бях общински съветник и Председател на комисията по образование, култура, културно-историческо наследство и вероизповедания в Общински съвет - Търговище и по много умел и негубещ модел успяхме да преобразуваме Центъра за работа с деца в Обединен детски комплекс, в който се обединиха три институции. Подобно преобразуване би могло да се направи с вашия Младежки дом. НЕКА ДА СЕ ПОТЪРСЯТ ДОБРИ МОДЕЛИ ЗА РАБОТЕЩИ МЛАДЕЖКИ ДОМОВЕ В СТРАНАТА, А НЕ С ЛЕКА РЪКА ДА СЕ ЗАКРИВА ДОМА! Едва ли няма вариант за запазване на Младежкия дом, ако, разбира се, закриването му не е целенасочено и да е въпрос на интереси. Нашият кмет д-р Мирев казва, че интересите на младите хора и институциите, работещи с тях и за тях, са на първо място в нашия град!
