I am very interested in the Hanoi Association of the Deaf and would like to know more about you. Also if I could offer my services as an interpreter at all I am most interested. From what I can tell ASL is also similar to VSL and if I can learn more or if you need interpretation from spoken English to either ASL or VSL please let me know.
