It would be better to invest and build permanent buildings on the current school site, maintain and/or restrict the intake but allow this great C of E village school to retain its identity and reputation. There have been "temporary" classrooms on the site since at least 1986 maybe the current plans were always the intention? Surely a school would be better built nearer the more recently built estates to the North and East of the town, nearer the families and not add to the rush hour traffic already criss crossing Sittingbourne each day - it's madness. Tunstall road can barely cope with the current traffic from commuters and parents it certainly cannot cope with twice as much! Please see sense KCC and rethink this proposal

Read the facts. There is no invesment uness there is expansion. The school cannot expand on its current site.It is a church school and needs to be near the church. The land is owned by KCC and has been designated land for education for many, many years.
