Leviathan missing remote control support!

Good day people

Unfortunately, today I am forced to start another petition against Razer Inc.!
Because I and many of my colleagues / friends / acquaintances are getting sick of Razer Inc !!!

Razer Inc. Leviathan urgently needs remote control support via bluetooth / apps !!!

The reason:

I bought the Razer Leviathan on Black Friday. Yesterday I connected it to our TV. The first thing I want to do is lower the volume, but guess what: you can't. You have to get your ass off the couch and make it quieter on the device itself.

I feel like I was traveling back to the 60s and I'm really frustrated ...

And so I do not like it, that it is advertised as a TV sound system. No, it is not possible to control the volume by remote control.

What I want to achieve with the petition is the least for all Leviathan users via app / bluetooth / universal multimedia remote control such as: Logitech Harmony Elite can be controlled and the update without buying new!

I already have deeper contact with Razer and even the staff members are in favor of my petition, so I ask all of you who are tired of finally helping me / to help us with this.
