It is totally unecceptable. It these ANC people were living there i am 100% sure it would have longtime ago been sorted. It is mostly the people voting for them affected the most. They are getting shit water all over them, when walking there by motorists having nodecency in them racing through it. Then not the least theresidentshaving to live with this non compliant issue. These ANC peopke must face a vote of no confidence, and vacate the positions and offices they are holding.
