We the People Demand Century Link Fix Poor Service

We the people of rural Harnett County North Carolina have had poor to none Internet Service for years. We've paid hefty prices to have Phone/Intranet in our homes and have had less than stellar service. Many are forced to commute to their brick and mortar jobs when they have the option to work from home due to this poor service. When customer service is called they find more often than not there are no issues on the Century Link side. The issue we are all told is the location we are in from the Century Link Router for our area. This is not acceptable when we are told if we live in a new development that we'd have fiber optic lines and would not have this issue. 

We also pay for higher MegBytes than we recieve. 

As we all know there are many options available for landline connections. We the people ask Century Link to consider new lines and better service to the people that have been with the company for many years, and some all their lives that helped helped build the company to what it is today. 

Fix the problem or we will solicit another company for better service.
