Customer service tell you one price but when you receive your bills it is much higher each time you call you get different answers .,,lack of communications between them ..internet slow and if you have a bundle you are charged seperate if payment are late. ,I like windstream too bad they don't cover this area

I am tired of marginal service and quality. Most places have multiple choices for Internet and phone we do not. We are at the mercy of centurylink.
