2 extra chess tables in Maximapark

2 EXTRA CHESS TABLES IN MAXIMAPARK

Each Sunday morning at 11.00 hours we play chess at the chess tables in Máximapark, Utrecht (The Netherlands). At this same place also chess workshops are being organized for kids and for adults. 

Now only 6 persons can play chess at the 3 chess tables. However, every Sunday there are MUCH MORE PEOPLE COMING TO THE PARK TO PLAY. Some players even bring their own tables to the park, also chess boards are being placed on bikes, just to enjoy a nice game of chess together.

Please support this request to the city council of Utrecht to place 2 EXTRA CHESS TABLES.

One table will have no seats, people will play chess while standing, this table will have 3 chess boards (with enough distance between the boards to play chess corona-proof).

The other table will have no seats as well, it will have 1 chess board and makes it possible for WHEELCHAIR-USERS to enjoy as well a beautiful chess day in the park.
