Je tiens a vous informer que je me présente sur un des postes du C.A de l'OACIQ de la région de Montréal. J'espère pouvoir avoir des réponses a nos questions et changer, voir influencer les choses de l'intérieur.

Donc je vous invite a voter pour moi, Guy Massicotte.

Je crois sincèrement que c’est au sein du conseil d’administration de l’OACIQ que je pourrai aider les courtiers immobiliers à faire avancer la profession.
Même si la mission première de cet organisme est la protection du public, je verrai à ce que des programmes soient mis en place pour aider les courtiers dans leur travail et rehausser leur image.
Depuis plusieurs années les dépenses de l’OACIQ ne cessent d’augmenter. Je veux que les fonds soient mieux gérer, qu’il y ait plus de transparence.
Je vais m’assurer que les formations obligatoires soient adéquates, de qualité à prix abordables et que les montants perçus soient gardés dans un fond à cet effet.
Des changements importants se sont profilés au cours des dernières années. Principalement avec l’Internet où les consommateurs annoncent sans courtiers.
Mon implication sera de voir à ce que l’OACIQ suive la cadence et s’adapte rapidement aux réalités du marché et aux demandes des courtiers.
Je me ferai un devoir d’assister à toutes les réunions et de poser toutes questions pertinentes et d’importance.
Fort de mon expérience en informatique et en marketing soyez assurés que je peux aider tous les courtiers dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions.
Voter pour moi, c’est voter pour le changement.

Note that you have received the full OACIQ voting procedure via email last May 8th.

I sincerely believe that it is by being elected at the Board of Directors of OACIQ that I will be able to help the Real Estate Brokers in achieving their goals.
Although that the first mission of that organization is to protect the public, I will see that different programs are put in place to help the brokers in their work and to enhance their image.
The OACIQ expenses are always increasing year after year. I will see that the funds are managed in a better way with more transparency.
I will make sure that the future education program is more adequate, of high quality and at a reasonable price. Also , I will see that the amounts collected be secured in a special account to that effect.
For the last years, so many changes have happened in the Real Estate industry. Mainly with Internet, where the consumers do business without any brokers.
I want to be a director to make sure that OACIQ follows the beat and adapts itself quickly to the realities of the market and to the Broker’s requests.
I will oblige myself to attend to all the meetings and I will not hesitate to ask all relevant and important questions.
Being experienced in the computer science and marketing, be assured that I can help all the brokers in the course of their business.
Voting for me, is voting for changes.
