We, the signatories of this petition, being interested and/or affected parties in respect of The Bakwena Ba Mare a Phogole land claim request The Regional Land Claims Commisioner to take cognisance of this and register us as such. 

We reserve our right to request futher information and emphasise the stipulation of "The Restitution of Land Rights Act" where it specifically states that the Commission must avoid major social disruption when settling land claims.

We petition the City of Ekurhuleni to be aware of this land claim and to register as an interested and affected party.
