We the people of the United States of America petition and appeal to the Supreme Court to nullify and void all mail in ballots that were submitted after the Election Polls closed across our great Nation. We the People of the United States of America petition and appeal to the Supreme Court to void and nullify all ballots that were received prior to the Election Polls closing that do not bare a post mark date of November 3rd, 2020.

We seek the acknowledgement from our Supreme Court Justices that voting in our Nation is fundamentally the single most important act that we the people of the United States of America can all equally and fairly participate in. Our elections must never be jeopardized by any one Political Party or State level Government Agency. The adoption of laws to deliberately deceive or promote prejudice will always lead to tyranny as history has proven. There is no higher value in America that exist over our freedoms, our voices, or our will. We make our plea.
