Andries Pretorius traffic calming

We the residents of Ward 37, City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, petition for traffic calming measures in Andries Pretorius Street, Alberton North, Alberton. This is a residential road with history of reckless speeding. 

As you are aware, Andries Pretorius Street peaks halfway and then drastically steeps down nearing Martinus Oosthuizen Avenue.   We would like the first hump installed just before 10th avenue and the second just after 10th Avenue because as the vehicles pass 10th avenue they gear down, accelerate and skip the corner and drive flat out into either Sandwich Bay street or Valsbaai street.
