BRING BACK THE DEATH PENALTY

The current horrific story and MANY others of the 8month old baby being raped and killed and buried in a shallow grave inside a shack has lead  me to anitiate this petition. 

A Steadville / Tsakane man has been arrested by Ladysmith Police, after he allegedly raped and killed an eight month old baby.

The suspect buried the body of the baby in a shallow grave, inside his shack.

uThukela District Civil Society Forum, Sakhile Xaba said that nothing could have prepared him and his fellow workers, for what they found, when called out to scene by members of the community.

Xaba explained that on entering the shack, they found an open hole in the ground and a bloody nappy which has left many in a state of shock and horror.

"The community was clearly shocked and angry about this," said Xaba. Xaba said that the incident was reported on Friday, 18 December. "The suspect has been arrested and the Department of social development has been sent to assist family members.

The suspect is set to appear in the Ladysmith Magistrate Court on charges of murder.

Gender based violence and murders in South Africa are getting worse by the day and it is my opinion that unless we the people of South Africa agree to bring back the death penalty in this country this will not end. 

PLEASE!!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
