Clayton Comets Mighty Mites-Reinstatement of Coach Jones

Coach Jones has demonstrated unwavering commitment, dedication, and exceptional coaching skills, which have greatly contributed to the positive growth and development of our young athletes.

Coach Jones has consistently exhibited the following qualities that make him an invaluable asset to our organization:

Expertise and Experience: Coach Jones brings exceptional coaching experience, along with a deep understanding of the game of football. His expertise has significantly improved the skills and performance of our young athletes.

Mentorship and Leadership: Coach Jones has been a mentor to our youth, instilling in them important values such as teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. He has been instrumental in shaping these young individuals for success, both on and off of the football field.

Community Involvement: Coach Jones has actively engaged with the local community, organizing football clinics, events, and other initiatives that promote the well-being of our youth beyond the football field.

Positive Feedback: The overwhelming majority of parents, players, and fellow coaches have expressed their support for Coach Jones and have attested to his positive impact on the players and the overall program.

We understand that Coach Jones may have faced certain challenges or issues that led to his suspension from his coaching position. However, we firmly believe in giving individuals the opportunity to learn from their mistakes and grow. Coach Jones has acknowledged his shortcomings and is committed to making amends and continuing his valuable contributions to our youth football program.

We, the undersigned, urge the Clayton Civitan Board of Directors to reconsider Coach Jones's situation and reinstate him as a youth football coach. We believe that his presence is crucial to the success and integrity of our program, and we are confident that he will continue to inspire and guide our young athletes towards a bright future.
