Clean Durbanville - Fence the Taxi Rank

Currently the South Easter blows and ALL of the garbage and litter of the Taxi rank users are blown all over Durbanville. The cleaning teams do not have the capacity to keep Durbanville clean because 10 minutes later the litter gets blown again from the Taxi rank. The action must be directed at the source of the problem...Taxi rank!! The taxi Rank must be closed with fencing to keep the litter inside the rank.
