Deny Parole to Annmarie Patrick Offender # 01283293

On the evening of September 26, 2013 Dan Martin decided to go swimming down at the lake with his then on and off again girlfriend Annmarie Patrick and old school friend Justin (Jay) Tuttle and he would never be seen alive after that. Dan was brutally murdered and weighed down in Table Rock Lake where he would later be discovered on Sunday September 29, 2013. Annmarie admitted to helping dispose of the body and left with Jay Tuttle to get high and hook up with each other and move on like nothing happened with absolutely no remorse for what they did. She was Sentenced to 14 years and now we found out that she will be paroled on February 28, 2017 which means she would only have served 3 years and 5 months which seems like a slap on the wrist. Our family was not notified that she even had a parole hearing which we should've been told about. She was a part in taking the life of our loved one who was one of the biggest hearted people on earth he was kind and very caring. He loved his family and friends more than anything. He would help anyone in need. And he leaves behind a beautiful little boy who is absolutely devastated by not having his father in his life anymore. Something needs to be done to stop this monster from being released.
