DVLA discrimation legislation
I was born with head neck and facial disfigurement. I only had a left eye The right eye was a beneign tumour I passed my driving test in 1984. I have driven witjout any issues since. I am a community staff nurse. My licence was revoked due to failing a peripheral vision test. DVLA changed their legislation in 2013 I am excempt from the exceptional circumstances legislation due to having monocular vision.Due to my licence has been revoked I am now being redeployed. My condition and disability is congenital and non degenerative but due to the change of DVLA legislation I am not eligible to drive
