End child abuse

My 17 month old daughter Raelynn unfortunately fell victim of child abuse. I brought her to my exs parents house because I thought I could trust them. Granted I lived with them for almost a year. On Tuesday may 6th 2025 I dropped her and my son off. Around 9:15-9:30 that night I picked them back up. Raelynn was acting extremely fussy but it was late. I got home went to give her a bath and saw brusing like hand prints on her back and stomach. We went to the hospital cops and DSS was called but unfortunately they failed my daughter. They said that corporal punishment is legal which I find ridiculous because it left bruises on my child. I am making this because me and my daughters advocates are fighting to reopen the case. And hopefully with this it will show them that not only me but you think this is wrong and that the case should be reopened.
