Hate the fact that 3g isnt working anymore. It use to be quite reliable but for the last 8months it was almost un-useable.

Maybe Vodacom should spend less to extend their network up into Africa and first start to maintain it here...

My 3G/GPRS/HSDPA only works perhaps between 01:00 and 06:00 in the morning! Really unproffesional Vodacom...

Al wanneer my internet ooit werk is naweke wanneer die studente huistoe gaan en die netwerk nie ooreis word nie! Of na twaalf in die aand wanneer ek slaap! Dis rerig belaglik. Nooit die probleem gehad in die verlede tot en met die begin van die jaar nie.

I have tried the customer care route about 3 times where you log a signal related query. This takes about 20 Minutes if your lucky enuogh not to get disconnected,then all they do is phone you back in a day and tell you itss all fine now. But its not, never is

You are loosing more customer turnover in finances to cover all your debt of the whole year, just because you are to proud to bring South Africa's services up to the standard of minimal services! Unsatisfied!

The signal is just terrible, I can't evan sit and have a conversation with someone under 10min while texting. Because of the signal drops the whole time it takes 30min if not longer. Please fix this!!

I am so glad that there is a petition. I am fed up with the bad signal and not having 3G when I infact pay 4 this service. Vodacom better fix this issue as we have been complaining 4 months now. A lot of friends and family have changed there network and they do not experiance any problems anymore.

Vodacom signal has been utterly disappointing lately. With partially no coverage in most areas. Repetitive signal loss every 5 minutes.

It is not only in Potchefstroom that Vodacom's service delivery is a disgrace. But am aware that the students in Potch cannot rely on Vodacom.

I prefer to use vodacom,but lately I am thinking of resorting to MTN because of the poor signal in Potchefstroom and I do not know why exactly because I am using a wireless vodacom internet stick and have no problem whatsoever with the data please resort to the problem at hand. Thank you very much

Paying for a service should entitle a person to receive that service without having to beg the service provider for a signal.

I'm prepaid and I am also affected by these problems.

Today my girlfriend tried unsuccessfully for an HOUR to phone me! And all that time my phone showed full signal bars from Vodacom. It also frequently happens that (while full signal bars are showing) I get voicemail sms's stating that I have a missed call from 1 minute back!

I have spoken to Nomsa Thusi from Vodacom. She gave us her word that she'll see to this problem, and will keep us informed of any developments.

Further I would like to thank everyone who has signed this petition, and those that have written comments. Thanks for keeping it clean and constructive.
