I hope that this will lead to a properly funded cctv system that will cover the whole of Kalkan, Making the town a nightmare for ner-do wells than they will move on else where. Not having a cctv system in place is the reason why the rotters are here. They know that they stand little chance of being caught & even less of being prosecuted.
