The tunisian embassy needs to change the way it runs i have been in the uk for over 20 years now and i can honestly say that every person that has worked there is as corrupte as ben ali was slow also slow service rude staff and the list goes on its disgraceful

It is high time the embassy started to serve the interests of the Tunisian community in the UK. Too much bureaucracy and lazy members of staff sitting there with nothing to do.It took me 5 months to get a passport issued for my daughter. A website with some links to download applications would be very useful.

It's a good idea the embassy staff are rude n inexperienced in dealing with queries or any thing plus they are rude at times they forgot they re working in a country where service is the only way forward they re laid bk n unprofessional at times
Remind them time is money in this country very important they catch up with today's technology n use the e mail for any correspondence
