I signed this petition because it's not fair for all the beliebers that have been loving Justin since 2009 who don't get the chance to meet him once again because of money issues. I should not have to pay $2000 just to meet him. I am in college and paying for my tuition, I don't have that much money to be spending on concert tickets.
