I do not believe it was handled very well. I do not want to accept the non-negotiated terms! We gain nothing with current discussions, and only stand to LOOSE.
Let the big muckies on the hill take a cut in salary increases. 5% at 300,000 is hardly a cut! We are not even getting the actual cost of living.
