In you side tabs there will be a colum that says help, click on it. Sub titles will come up, click on report abuse. It will give you a bunch of options and provide a link for Facebook standards:) (this is for mobile)

On the computer you click on help as well, then you have to select "report an issue". The computer version does offer more precise options as well :)
