#160 Petition Flawed -

2010-12-18 01:14

I observed the meetings in a location in Western Canada, and no intimidation or threatening tactics were used.

I am surprised Ms. Paradis, et al, have not taken the trip over the the PSLRB at 240 Sparks (or 235 Queen); 6th floor, and presented this petition there.

The PSLRB would probably say that because the vote was orchestrated by way of a tentative agreement to reopen the contract, the vote itself is an internal issue of union governance, therefore, petition not valid under the PSLRA.

Lots of Compensation Advisors posting here. They seem to think they they interpret pay matters of collective agreements. They could not be more mistaken; for they APPLY interpretations by Labour Relations in their respective departments with respect to pay administration matters. The advisors should worry more about the upcoming forced relocation to Miramichi, instead of drivel posted above.

Il ya beaucoup des personnes absents pour la vote. Quoi? .....Vraiment? Pas possible?

Think the Professional Institute is going to do any better, when only 17.90% of its professionals chose their national leadership? What has PIPSC done for trade unionism in Canada? Nothing, but "sounding symbols and tinkling brass"....

#160: WIll be revealed in due time - Petition Flawed -

But who tells you that everything will stop at the little visitor .... The petition is here to express our dissatisfaction with our union and respect the PSLRB we are very aware of the steps to follow. And very happy to see that in Western Canada everything is great!
