As a Law Enforcement graduates seeking recognition by the South African Police Service, National Prosecuting Authority, Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI) commonly known as the Hawks, Special Investigation Unit, Independent Police Investigation Directorate, Department of Correctional Services, Department of Community Safety, Border Management Agency (BMA), and the Public Protector's Office, among others.
1.Each and every year saps recruitment 10000 Matriculate while there are qualified Law enforcement graduates suitable for the positions
2.Saps issue out only 10 internships after 2 years and not absorbed them.
3.Due to high rate of crime in south Africa most case are not being attended professionally that lead to criminals to get away from the crimes they commit due to lack of knowledge on how to investigate crimes professional.Due to educational levels of police officers,which is only matric.
4.By government prioritizing graduate instead of matriculates.Goverment will save the money and time to train matriculates who have to start from scratch rather than law enforcement graduate who have already obtained the knowledge about the law and how to investigate crime professionally so.
5.The process of recruitment that SAPS is using,psychometric test being written with pencil that could easily erased.
6.Saps should eliminate applicants using pencils for psychometric test.
7.Saps should eliminate experience requirements for graduate in their postes
8.Age Restriction should increase from 35 to 40 years
