Noise Hazard from Cubana Pizza + Pasta (The Venue) Cebu city

PETITION AGAINST NOISE HAZARD 

We, the residents of Horizons 101, Tower 2, on General Maxilom Ave, Cebu City, Philippines 6000, are regularly and consistently subjected to disturbance or impairment of the convenience our peace by loud music, loud singing and making a loud and persistent noise of amplified music and amplified voice via microphone until early hours of the mornings every day of the week 365 days a year.

This is not normal for our area, we are a combined residential and business area, not business only.  We did not give Cubana Pizza + Pasta (The Venue) at 516 General Maxilom Ave, Cebu City, 6000 permission to make such a noise.

The noise is such that it interferes with the use and enjoyment of the residents of our Condominiums.  We are unable to sleep, rest, heal, talk, entertain and sometimes cannot even think because the noise is so loud.

Zoning conditions require the business to contain noise/music on site, but the noise from Cubana Pizza + Pasta (The Venue) disturbs all Residents of Horizons 101, Tower 2, Condominium, who are facing the direction of their Venue are affected.

We request all authorities to act to ensure our rights are respected and enforced. If our rights are not respected and enforced, we request that Cubana Pizza + Pasta (The Venue) cease operations and be forced to move elsewhere.  

This petition will be signed by all Residents / Owners who are affected.

All Residents and Owners who are affected by this noise hazard are requested to support and sign this petition.
