Impose section 144 all over india

As we all are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is already wrecking havoc in counties like Italy, Iran, USA and many more places in the world.
Looking at the situation in India, as show in the chart below, we are in a better position to fight it. As you can see, the active cases have been doubling on weekly basis.

WHY IMPOSE SECTION 144 ?

For a 1.3 billion population country with not-so-great hospital infrastructure and high poverty, we cannot afford to be linenant. Strict measures need to be taken by the government like imposing section 144 throughout the country.
