We want Justice

Hello Everyone.

As you all are aware about the situation in Government Girls School Paonta Sahib. This is a petition which we are creating for our Lecturer Rakesh Bansal who is Physics lecturer in the school . 

Backstory:- Few days back there was a complaint against the him. The complaint was about sexual harassment which a big and sensitive topic to talk about at first place. As per the complaint, the victim said she was badly abused by him in the school science lab. But as per the internal resources the only matter that has occur was, Sir had touched the girl's hair and asked if she is able to understand what all the teachers are teaching in the school. Girl went back to her home and conveyed the message to her parents as he has behaved inappropriatly with her. The parents came back to the school filed a complaint to the principal and then all the girls of class 10+1 and 10+2 were asked to write complaints about him if there are any more things which the school committee needs to know about. Half of the girls of school wrote the complaint just because they wanted Sir to take a transfer, just because of one reason other things are also becoming a negative proof which is going against him. School environment has become very toxic and it's impacting the future of other girls who are studying in the premises. As an ex student of the school and hundreds of the girls who have interacted or studied from him have said that they have never came across such kind of behaviour from him whereas he was one of the most helpful teachers of the school and his behaviour was always very loving and kind towards the students. He is one of the most knowledgeable and influential teachers of the school. 

So as a conclusion this petition is in favour of him of that he has not done anything like this in the past or present with any other student of the school . As an ex student and citizen we should not support something which is clearly inappropriate just to lower down someone's image or reputation. It's a humble request to each and everyone who is studying or have studied from the school to sign this petition in favour of our teacher.
