KGOTHATSO KUTUMELA TO STAY BEHIND BAR

We the people of Mathibestad, under the umbrella of Mathibestad Community Safety hereby wish to express our displeasure about the manner in which Kgothatso Kutumela conducts himself as the law unto himself.
He is involved in numerous cases of assaulting people, hurling terrible insults on as well as robbing and stealing people's property with admost impunity. We believe that now is the time to take a stand and demand that Kgothatso should be denied bail and be locked away for the time that equals the horrible crimes he committed. we open cases for kgothatso yet we see him roaming around
And recently made a threat to the community that when he gets bail each n every one of us we're in danger. The mere knowledge that he is roaming around our village fills us with terror and fear and thus

feel that the law has been so lenient to him really diminishes our confidence in our justice system

And if the law fails to protect us as a community where are going to take this matter on our own.
