حبينا نسلط المجهر على المشكلة هذي بما انو نشوفو انو مستقبل تونس هي صغارها و من هنا خممنا في اقتراح قانون بديل يتمثل في تعويض مدة العقوبة بأخرى يستطيع الطفل أما مزاولة دراسته إذا كان مازال في مقاعد الدراسة أو يلتحق بمراكز التكوين المهني أو ما شابهه مع ضرورة حاطته نفسيا طيلة فترة العقوبة البديلة
