We, the undersigned People of New Hampshire, come forth Seeking Redress; We seek to Address and Instruct Our New Hampshire Legislature regarding the forced use of Fluoride in Our foods, beverages and/or drinking water through the process of Fluoridating Our drinking waters.
Authority To Be Heard
Whereas the Public Health is manifestly endangered, we request an immediate hearing of Our Grievances before the General Court to be scheduled as soon as reasonably possible according to the New Hampshire Constitution, Part 1, Article 31 which states, "The legislature shall assemble for the redress of public grievances and for making such laws as the public good may require."
Authority To Petition
We bring Our Grievances to this General Court according to the New Hampshire Constitution, Part 1, Article 32 which states, "The People have a Right, in an orderly and peaceable manner, to Assemble and Consult upon the common good, give instructions to their representatives, and to Request of the Legislative Body, by way of Petition or Remonstrance, Redress of the wrongs done them, and of the Grievances they Suffer."
Regarding Part One, Article 1:
"All men are born equally free and independent; therefore, all government of right originates from the people, is founded in consent, and instituted for the general good."
We do not consent to the forced use of Fluoride in Our foods, beverages and drinking water supplies because research shows a relationship between the use of Fluoride and adverse heath effects and is therfore against the general good.
Regarding Part One, Article 7:
"The people of this state have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves as a free, sovereign, and independent state; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, pertaining thereto, which is not, or may not hereafter be, by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in congress assembled."
New Hampshire's Article 7 reserves all power that is not expressly delegated to the U.S.; It is what the 10th amendment to the U.S. Constitution was drafted from.
The Authority of the FDA is not one of the Powers expressly delegated to the United States in the United States Constitution and is therefore a federal power limited to the "10 square mile" of Washington D.C. and other U.S. Territories.
Therefore, the FDA cannot approve or deny the use of Any Thing within the exterior boundaries of Our Republic because they simply have no authority or jurisdiction to do so.
Regarding Part One, Article 12:
"Every member of the community has a right to be protected by it, in the enjoyment of his life, liberty, and property; he is therefore bound to contribute his share in the expense of such protection, and to yield his personal service when necessary...
Despite the dental health benefits claimed for Fluoride, the mounting scientific evidence of the hazards of the various types of Fluoride used by Municipalities, Bodies Corporate and the State in their water supplies has resulted in large numbers of the Citizenry opposing the use of Fluoride in our foods, beverages and drinking water supplies. Moreover, Fluoride may be optionally applied as a topical application by dentists, as a rinse, or by the traditional use of toothpaste, and should not be forced upon the Public.
Therefore, having researched the probable adverse effects of Fluoride, it is Our responsibility to protect Our Families, Friends and other People of New Hampshire from these potential health hazards of this undesirable substance.
Regarding Part One, Article 31:
"The legislature shall assemble for the redress of public grievances and for making such laws as the public good may require."
Based on the mounting scientific evidence against the safe use of Fluoride, it is incumbent upon the Legislature to act quickly and decisively to make such laws as is necessary to protect the Public Good against the continued use of Fluoride in our foods, beverages and drinking water supplies.
Regarding Part One, Article 38:
"A frequent recurrence to the fundamental principles of the constitution, and a constant adherence to justice, moderation, temperance, industry, frugality, and all the social virtues, are indispensably necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty and good government; the people ought, therefore, to have a particular regard to all those principles in the choice of their officers and representatives, and they have a right to require of their lawgivers and magistrates, an exact and constant observance of them, in the formation and execution of the laws necessary for the good administration of government. "
All Legislators have taken an Oath of Office to enact only laws that are in accord with the fundamental principles of the New Hampshire Constitution. The culmination of those fundamental principles can be stated as to protect the lives, liberty and property of the People of New Hampshire. Failure to protect People in the face of such overwhelming evidence is equivalent to a Perjury/Breach of your Oaths of Office and thus is the immediate need for a hearing by the Legislature.
Therefore, due to the seriousness of the issue before you, and in accord with Article 31, We the People of New Hampshire, for the reasons stated above for other to be brought forth as evidence and testimony, do herby submit to the General Court this Constitutionally Supported Petition seeking an immediate hearing to be scheduled before the General Court for the purpose of finding an expedient & peaceful resolution to the forced use of Fluoride upon the People of New Hampshire.
